We will offer participants overnight stay and dinner tickets for Evora as soon as possible
In case, that the congress have to be canceled due to higher circumstances (Covid), it is already agreed now, that the convention will be realized instead in exactly one year – starting on October 5th, 2022.
Payments will not be reimbursed but will be used for the congress that will take place in the following year.
In this case, bookings can be transferred to third parties.
