Por el caso que sea imposible celebrar el congreso ( por ejemplo por COVID) en la fecha planificada se desplaza el congreso por un año y se celebrará en el mismo lugar por el mismo coste en el año 2022. Pagos realizados no se devuelvan pero serán valorados como pagos por el congreso desplazado.
